CANCELLATION POLICY
At Spring Wellness, we understand that sometimes it is necessary to cancel or reschedule appointments. However, we kindly request that patients provide us with at least 24 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment.
If a patient cancels or reschedules their appointment with less than 24 hours notice, the full consultation fee will be owed. This policy is in place to ensure that we can continue to provide timely and effective healthcare services to all of our patients.
Patients may cancel or reschedule their appointment by email. We will confirm all cancellations and rescheduling requests with the patient to ensure that there is no confusion or miscommunication.
In the event that a patient fails to attend their scheduled appointment without providing any notice, the full consultation fee will be owed and future appointments may be cancelled until the fee is paid.
Exceptions to this policy may be made in cases of emergency or extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of Spring Wellness management.
By scheduling an appointment with Spring Wellness, patients agree to abide by this cancellation policy and understand that the full consultation fee will be owed if less than 24 hours notice is given for cancellation or rescheduling.
